Day | 01 | Arrive in Kathmandu |
Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport to meet our representative and proceed to the designated hotel. A briefing about the overall travel programme will be provided here.
Post lunch, visit Swayambhunath, one of the most magnificent Buddhist chaityas of the world. See the ‘watchful’ eyes of Lord Buddha painted on the four sides of the base of the structure. Also, enjoy a picturesque view of the Kathmandu Valley from this World Heritage Site.
Next, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square. Explore Taleju temple, KalBhairav, Nautale Durbar, Nasal Chowk, Gaddi Baithak, the statue of Jagannath and King Pratap Malla.
Head back to the hotel in Kathmandu to spend the night.
Day | 02 | Kathmandu – Chitwan National Park |
Start the day early morning to proceed to Chitwan National Park. On arrival, check into the designated hotel. Unwind with a welcome drink with our representative briefing you about jungle activities. Witness the Tharu cultural dance in the evening and then enjoy a scrumptious dinner before you go to bed.

Wake up to some aromatic tea and coffee. After breakfast, head out for the jungle safari riding on an elephant. Visit the elephant breeding center. In the afternoon, have fun on a jungle hike or with a canoe ride.

Post breakfast, drive down to Pokhara. On arrival, check into the designated hotel. After relaxing for a little while, set out in the afternoon to visit World Peace Pagoda. In the evening, enjoy boating in Fewa Lake.

Start the day with sightseeing of Pokhara Valley. Explore Seti Gorge, Bindabasini temple, Davi’s Falls and Gupteshwar cave.
The Seti Gorge is a river flowing throughout the city remaining completely underground in several places. Surprisingly, at certain points, the river appears just two meters wide, while its depth in unfathomable – 20 meters. From the MahendraPul, a tourist can enjoy a stunning view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge created by its powerful flow.
Bindabasini temple situated in the Old Bazaar is the center of religious activity. Devotees of Goddess Bhagvati, a manifestation of Shakti, visit this temple in large numbers on Tuesdays and Saturdays to pay their offerings. The outside grounds are vast making them ideal for a picnic.
Davi’s Falls, also known as David’s Falls or Devi’s Falls, is an amazing waterfall situated at around 2 km south-west of Pokhara airport.
Gupteshwar Cave is a three-kilometer-long cave with big hall-size rooms and some passages. It is sacred for the followers of Lord Shiva as it retains in the original form a phallic symbol of the deity. Photography is prohibited at this tourist spot.

Once you are done with breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu. Spend the evening shopping in Thamel area.

Set out for sightseeing after breakfast to visitUNESCO listed Religious Heritage Sites – Pashupatinath and Boudhanath.
Pashupatinath is a temple of Lord Shiva. It has a two-tiered golden roof with silver doors. It is situated at a distance of 5 km in the east of Kathmandu and is recognized as one of the holiest shrines ofthe Hindus.
Head out to Boudhanath temple next. This is at 3 km east of Pashupatinath. The ancient Buddhist stupa dominates the skyline and is one of the largest stupas in the world.
Post sightseeing, get ready to depart to Tribhuwan International Airport to board your return flight. An enchanting tour to this Himalayan region is now over.
