Original Leave approval letter from company on company letterhead (if employed).
If Student - Bonafide letter / ID card and NOC letter from School/College.
Supporting documents: Financial Documents - Fixed Deposits, PPF, NSC, Shares, Mutual Funds, and Property Papers etc
Company registration proof e.g. Shop ACT, MOA or Partnership Deed - If Self Employed.
Original Personal Bank statements for last 6 months with stamped & signed by bank.
Visa Application Form 1419 & Authorization form 956 to filled and duly signed by the applicant.
Covering letter from applicant mentioning the purpose of travel and duration of stay and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Australian High Commission, New Delhi.
Salary slips for last 3 months (if employed).
2 recent photographs 35 x 45 mm, proper white background, and matt finish 80% face size.

Proof of Air Tickets.
Original Passports with minimum 6 months validity from date of travel.

Invitation Letter from inviting company should be on its letter head mentioning name, reason of travel, dates and period of stay. It should be correctly signed with the authorized person’s name and title.
Visa Application Form 1415 & Authorization form 956 to filled and duly signed by the applicant.
